吴柏林教授，男，美国印第安纳大学数学博士，台湾政治大学教授🧑🏼‍🏭，日本早稻田大学情报信息生产研究所客座教授🤵🏼‍♀️，韩国国立汉城大学统计系客座教授。现任国际期刊International Journal of Intelligent Technologies and Applied Statistics的主编，及多家国际期刊的副主编🙎‍♀️，如Associate Editor, Journal of Modeling in Management (INSPEC)💋；Associate Editor, Thailand Statistician👣；Associate Editor, Journal of Modeling in Management (INSPEC)；Editor-in-chief, International Journal of Intelligent Technologies and Applied Statistics；先后公开发表学术论文120多篇，其中被SCI收录论文30多篇👨🏼‍🦰。出版著作10余部。研究领域为♗：时间数列分析与预测、人工智能、模糊统计、市场调查与分析。
